How do I Return a Product?

As part of our commitment to customer service, /skin regimen/ offers a fair return policy. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site that has been opened, you may return the item(s) for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Any unopened products that you are unhappy with may be exchanged within 90 days. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of /skin regimen/.

If returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. Also, to ensure that your returns are received by /skin regimen/, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service.

Please allow up to 21 days for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made.

To make it easy:

  1. Write us at customer-service@skinregimen.com to request a Return Authorization Number and tell us what you're returning. 
  2. Wait to receive Return Authorization Number

Where does /skin regimen/ ship?
We currently ship to 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, but are working on expanding to Canada and Europe. Please sign up for our newsletter to find out when we’ll be shipping to your country.

When will my order ship?
Your order will order will ship 1 to 2 business days to ship. Orders placed after 1pm est are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number and details once your order is shipped. Please note, that it can take between 1 to 2 business days for your shipment status to register. If your tracking number isn’t updated, please reach out to us at customer-service@skinregimen.com or via our contact page and include your order number.

Can I edit my shipping?
If you mistyped your shipping details, please reach out to us at customer-service@skinregimen.com or via our contact page.

Are there limitations with shipping of /skin regimen/ products?
Since fragrance is considered a Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Material due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Alas, fragrance products and samples cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO / FPO addresses. All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via standard ground shipping methods and cannot be shipped via expedited shipping methods.

Which cards and payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. For security reasons your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

Which states do you collect sales tax in?
We currently collect sales tax in; AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MA, ME, MN, NC, NV, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, VT and WI.
